Our Client is seeking a Senior Success Specialist (remote) – a client-facing role. Similar job titles include: Digital Account Manager, Digital Marketing Analyst, and Search Engine Marketing (SEM). The position is based in Port Elizabeth, with an earliest start date of ASAP / 1 June 2025.

1. Matric qualification
2. A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Mathematics, Science, or Data Analytics
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Excel, and Google Sheets
4. At least 2 years of experience in an agency environment
5. Access to a personal laptop or desktop and reliable internet
6. Passion for marketing and business growth
7. Experience in digital marketing, especially SEO and Google Ads
8. Ability to learn quickly and maintain a strong work ethic
9. Effective time management, project coordination, and organizational skills
10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
11. A positive attitude and growth mindset
12. Ability to mentor and guide less experienced team members
13. Strong problem-solving skills and initiative for leading complex projects
14. Familiarity with CMS platforms and troubleshooting skills
15. Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Data Studio, and Tag Manager is beneficial but not required

1. Manage client relationships, campaigns, and digital marketing projects
2. Collaborate with SEO, development, social media, content, and ads teams
3. Lead monthly client meetings and offer strategic guidance
4. Ensure smooth workflows, task scheduling, and deadlines
5. Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and keyword trackers
6. Optimize targeting, ads, landing pages, and bids
7. Stay updated on digital trends, contribute to innovation, and support training
8. Participate in industry adaptations and process improvements

Salary: R27,000 - R30,000 CTC
