Job description

We have a position available for an Account Manager in KZN to generate and maintain the growth of Experian clients.

The successful individual will be required to travel to clients regularly and ensure superior customer service. They should also promptly identify and resolve problems that directly impact the client/company relationship.

What you'll be doing
  1. Generate and maintain the growth curve of Experian.
  2. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
  3. Create awareness of Experian's products and proper utilization.
  4. Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
  5. Promptly resolve issues impacting clients and the company.
  6. Achieve and exceed set targets through the successful implementation of solutions.
  7. Perform administrative tasks including regular reporting.
Qualifications
  • NQF Level 4 - Matric (Grade 12)
  • Own transport
  • 3-5 years external sales experience, preferably in a credit bureau or financial sector
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Training experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office
