The Accounting Analyst supports the delivery of daily accounting operations.

Mission & Responsibilities

1. Run daily accounting operations including:

• Month-end and year-end processes
• Accounts payable / receivable
• Cash receipts
• General ledger
• Payroll and utilities
• Treasury budgeting and cash forecasting
• Revenue and expenditure variance analysis
• Capital assets reconciliations
• Trust account statement reconciliations
• Fixed asset activity

Debt Activity

• Support the monitoring and analysis of accounting data

Additional Responsibilities

• Produce financial reports and statements
• Participate in the coordination of annual audits
• Support the maintenance of fiscal files and records

Qualifications & Languages

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration

Previous Experience & Industry Background

• 8 years of experience in finance
• Experience in media agency, digital industry, tech company, or data company
• Strong accounting skills
• Analytical, detail-oriented, team player, good communication, and time management skills
