Job description

Account Executive (Direct Sales) – Sandton, Johannesburg.

Manage a portfolio of direct advertisers while actively developing new business. Sell integrated advertising solutions across multiple platforms using a strategic sales approach. Build strong, long-term client relationships and contribute to revenue growth.

Salary: R25 000 – R30 000 CTC per month.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Completed Grade 12.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification preferred.
  • 4 or more years of experience in a B2B sales or client-facing role (media-related preferred).
  • Strong relationship-building and presentation skills.
  • Valid Drivers licence and own vehicle required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage a base of direct advertiser accounts.
  • Drive strategic sales through market insight and opportunity identification (existing and new business).
  • Sell integrated advertising solutions across multiple platforms.
  • Develop client-specific proposals and presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with brand-side stakeholders.
  • Support revenue targets through pipeline management and proactive engagement.
  • Use CRM and internal tools for sales reporting and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide client feedback.
