The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience managing a panel of Financial Advisers, and will be responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying new opportunities, and conducting presentations. Qualifications

  • Must have 2 years experience managing a panel of Financial Advisers.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and exceed on allocated sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Financial Advisers.
  • Identify new Financial Advisers and business opportunities.
  • Provide technical training and ongoing support.
  • Facilitate the sales process and ensure correct channels.
  • Participate in sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated on competitor offerings and industry developments.
  • Review business pipeline and ensure conversion.
  • Conduct presentations to Financial Advisers.
  • Attend regional Financial Adviser meetings.
