The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of the sales strategy for the Medical Aesthetic portfolio and provide support in the Johannesburg East and East Rand region with a Country Trip to Mpumalanga, for skincare brands.
Qualifications
- Successful completion of a Science / Nursing / Somatology degree/Diploma or other relevant tertiary qualification.
- A minimum of two years sales experience in the Healthcare Industry.
- Dermatology/Medical Aesthetics will be an advantage.
- A strong sales background, with a proven record of accomplishment of achieving targets.
- Demonstrate ability to network, build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

MBO 1: Planning
- Analyse competitor strategies and tactics and stay abreast of latest developments in the market.
- Acquire and maintain specific knowledge on all areas related to the success of the product portfolio.
- Present and implement sales strategy.
- Manage a sizable basket of skincare, dermatology and medical devices.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of products and how each product is best used.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of competitors and their product ranges and analyse market trends through personal contact with customers.
- Responsible for delivery of skincare and Medical Device sales targets.
- Responsible for and report on all device incidents and services.
MBO 2: Customer Relations
- Ensure healthy relationship with current and potential customers.
- Gather customer requirements to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Generate orders from customers.
- Arrange and present medical device demonstrations when required on behalf of customers.
- Build new customer portfolio and lead generation.
- Arrange hand over of devices on delivery to ensure correct implementation.
- Arrange delivery of temporary devices to customers while their equipment is in repairs.
- Maintain good relations and communication with internal customers i.e. Customer Services, Finance Department, Logistics and management.
MBO 3: Sales Achievement
- Achieving or exceeding agreed sales targets.
- Adhere to company strategy and promotional messaging.
- Develop and manage key accounts/customers.

- Responsible for the delivery of value-added services to targeted key accounts to create increased utilisation of skincare products and device sales.

MBO 4: Training Events
- Represent Skincare at conferences and congresses.
- Give demonstrations on medical devices and have thorough knowledge thereof.
- Train new customers on skincare range of products - formal training and in-field.
- Participate in Genop cycle and sales meetings and provide input to Product manager concerning local practices.
- Give application training and support to customers.
