A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced relationship manager for a tier one lender in the soft asset finance market. You will manage reseller accounts, provide training to sales teams, and implement strategies for performance improvement. This role is crucial for account development in the Northwest region of South Africa, requiring proven expertise in relationship management and account growth.
Qualificações
- Proven relationship manager from within the asset finance or equipment leasing markets.
- Ability to grow and develop accounts, build lasting relationships and achieve targets.
Responsabilidades
- Manage a portfolio of existing reseller accounts throughout the territory to maximise growth.
- Provide training and coaching to reseller sales teams.
- Identify strategies to improve performance where required.
Conhecimentos
Our client is a highly respected tier one lender in the soft asset finance market. They have a rare opportunity to join their account development team, covering the Northwest.
