What are we looking for?

We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented SHE Officer who is passionate about promoting a safe and healthy work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to implement and monitor SHE policies effectively. A collaborative mindset and the ability to engage with employees at all levels are essential.

What do we expect from the candidate?

The successful candidate will be expected to :

• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits across the organization.
• Develop and implement SHE policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Investigate incidents and accidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness among employees.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with various departments to support continuous improvement in SHE performance.
