Job summary
A busy Mediterranean restaurant in Century City is looking for an experienced Griller to join their kitchen team. The role requires grilling meats, seafood, and vegetables to high standards, ensuring perfect quality and presentation. Candidates should have at least 1–2 years of experience, strong grilling knowledge, and a professional work ethic. Availability for evening, weekend, and public holiday shifts is essential. - Maintain cleanliness and food safety in the grill station.

- Uphold strict hygiene and sanitation procedures.
- Work efficiently during high-volume service.
