iqx the Technology Division of iqbusiness is seeking a highly skilled ZOHO Developer who will be responsible for designing and implementing robust solutions within the ZOHO ecosystem, including ZOHO CRM, ZOHO Creator, and other ZOHO applications. This role will involve developing scalable solutions, crafting efficient APIs, and managing databases to ensure data integrity and performance. You must be proficient in ZOHO Deluge scripting, ZOHO Flow, and ZOHO Analytics for seamless integrations and data analysis. Minimum Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a web developer or ZOHO developer
  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Programming, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or relevant experience in developing ZOHO Systems
  • Certifications and experience in ZOHO CRM, ZOHO Creator, JavaScript, .NET and Microsoft Visual Studio
Technical Competencies
  • Experience in ZOHO CRM, ZOHO Creator, JavaScript, and Microsoft Visual Studio
  • Strong skills in developing REST APIs and integrating back‑end and front‑end systems
  • Proficiency in ZOHO Deluge scripting, ZOHO Flow, and ZOHO Analytics
  • Hands‑on experience with ZOHO One for application management
  • Ability to design scalable database architectures, ensuring data integrity
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, architecture, and security best practices
  • Analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Key Performance Areas
  • Develop robust solutions using ZOHO CRM, ZOHO Creator, and other ZOHO applications
  • Design and manage efficient APIs and back‑end systems for high performance
  • Collaborate with developers to integrate ZOHO applications into existing websites and ERP systems
  • Architect and maintain CRM database segmentation to ensure data integrity
  • Use ZOHO Data Prep and Flow to sync our master SAP database to our CRM
  • Implement REST APIs to facilitate seamless communication between systems
  • Deploy and manage cloud applications using ZOHO One services
  • Ensure security best practices and data protection within the ZOHO ecosystem
  • Manage and support applications, ensuring minimal service interruptions and quick resolution of incidents
  • Identify integration opportunities and maintain adherence to the integration policy
  • Implement and monitor Change Control processes to ensure system stability and compliance
  • Actively reduce support and incident tickets by identifying root causes and implementing improvements
  • Deploy new or enhanced application functionality to add business value
