About the Role

We are seeking a Website Designer / Developer with solid experience in Webflow and Figma, a keen eye for user experience, and a passion for building clean, modern, and high-performing websites.

You'll be responsible for owning and managing the company's website, ensuring it is visually appealing, well-structured, and optimised for both user experience and performance.

This role offers long-term growth potential.

Over time, you will have the opportunity to expand your skills into digital marketing – particularly in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and conversion tracking – with full support and training provided.

Responsibilities

• Design and build responsive, high-quality website pages using Webflow
• Collaborate with internal teams using Figma for wireframes and visual concepts
• Ensure strong user experience across desktop and mobile
• Maintain and update website content in line with brand and design standards
