In this role you will lead all templating functions, conduct spatial data analysis, and produce high-quality planning reports and presentations. You will supervise a team of 4, ensuring accuracy, workflow efficiency and strong technical delivery. The position requires managing daily output, guiding junior staff, and ensuring that planning work meets regulatory, municipal and project requirements.

Job Experience and Skills Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Town Planning, Urban Design or a related field (essential).
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in town planning within the built environment or urban development sector.
  • Hands‑on experience with templating, GIS tools and spatial data analysis.
  • Strong report writing, presentation and communication abilities.
