Job Description

Zainith Agency is looking for a TikTok Shop Account Manager to join our team remotely. While this position is remote, Zainith Agency is headquartered in New York City, USA. Applications from candidates who are not fluent in English or do not have proven TikTok Shop knowledge will be disqualified.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead assigned accounts and build strong client relationships.
• Set up and maintain client TikTok Shop Seller Central accounts.
• Address client issues, respond to questions, and conduct meetings as needed.
• Manage overall shop performance, including account suspensions, violation points, and affiliate requests.
• Set up and manage TikTok Ads Manager campaigns.
• Reach out to affiliates and support client growth strategies.
• Oversee customer account management, including regular updates and meetings with clients.
• Handle account issues such as suspensions and violations.
• Approve affiliate sample requests and coordinate affiliate outreach.
• Ensure client success and proactively resolve challenges.

Requirements

• Proven experience with TikTok Shop (Seller Central, Ads Manager, affiliates, etc.).
• Fluency in English (written and spoken at a professional level).
• Must be able to work regular US business hours (9am - 5pm EST, Monday-Friday).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts with sharp attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection that supports live video meetings with screen sharing.
