Overview
The core responsibility of this position is to plan, monitor, and report on projects using project management tools. The Project Manager acts as the bridge between upper‑management stakeholders and the teams that execute the project, ensuring that the project plan is sound, progress is regularly reported, and execution remains within the approved budget and schedule.
Responsibilities
- Prepare project documentation such as Project Plans, Progress Reports, Job Completion Certificates, Project Closure Reports, and Project Delivery Feedback Forms.
- Coordinate project activities and handle logistics, including picking materials from customer premises and tracking proper use.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly status reports.
- Handle customer complaints based on Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements and manage the relationship with customers.
- Enforce Environmental Health and Safety requirements and prepare process documentation such as procedures and records.
- Compile and control operational budget to support business operations and monitor and manage budget and expenses with cost‑savings and efficiencies in mind.
- Implement structure to manage customer relationships and expectations from beginning to end of projects/orders and ensure customer requirements are correctly interpreted into specifications, scope, and deliverables.
- Design and implement people management structure that ensures effective and efficient control of all staff working in the PMO Department and manage the human‑resource component including leave administration, staff performance, and training development.

Minimum Entry Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Telecom, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
- Project Management theory based on PRINCE2 or PMP
- At least 5 years of experience managing telecom projects
- Designing and Operational understanding of Telecom networks (Mechanical RF and Passive Infrastructure)
- Deep understanding of manufacturing environment
- Thorough understanding of NSB processes
- Processes followed in corporate organizations
- A valid driver’s license
