Requirements

• A relevant three-year tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related field
• Candidates with industry-recognised Networking, Microsoft Windows and Linux certifications will be given preference.
• Experience in Microsoft Windows, Linux (Red Hat, CentOS and Ubuntu), virtual environments and server hardware
• Experience or sound knowledge of networking and firewalls, including VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SSH and FTP
• Good understanding of network technologies such as router and switches
• Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years’ Information Technology industry experience, including experience in end-user technical support
• Own vehicle and a valid Code B driver’s licence
• Candidates must be prepared to work overtime and be on standby when required.
