Title: Technical Lead / Scrum Master

Location: Hyderabad & Bangalore & Pune

Experience: 8 yrs

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery as Scrum Master, ensuring agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) are conducted effectively.
• Provide technical leadership in RPA consolidation, automation modernization, and migration to scripting/APIs/AI agents.
• Define technical standards, coding practices, and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with Customer stakeholders to prioritize backlog and align technical outcomes with business objectives.
• Guide team in automation design, code reviews, observability, and adherence to security frameworks.
• Manage tool retirement and workload transition roadmap (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath).
• Act as escalation point for technical and delivery challenges.
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer and documentation across platforms and workloads.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years in automation delivery (RPA, scripting, APIs, AI agents).
• Strong experience with at least two RPA platforms (Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
• Development of AI Agents using Agentic Frameworks such as Open AI.
• Experience in providing solutions using AI Agents.
• Proficiency in Python and workflow-based automation.
• Prior experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Team Lead.
• Understanding of automation governance, observability, and security frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
