A leading insurance company in Sandton is seeking a Team Leader for Telesales to manage and guide a team towards achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with at least 3 years of leadership experience and 4 years in sales. Strong proficiency in MS Office is essential. This role offers a dynamic environment and requires the ability to work overtime, including weekends.
