Purpose of position

Be part of a team of Financial Advisors to generate and close sales in Government/Stop Order (Persal) markets.

Responsibilities
  • Managing and building a team of financial advisors
  • Recruiting team members
  • Selling long-term insurance policies
  • Conducting financial needs analyses to understand customer requirements
  • Meeting set KPI's
  • Going the "extra mile" to meet sales targets and to obtain referral sales
Requirements
  • Own Transport (vehicle)
  • Matric certificate (essential)
  • FAIS accreditation (if needed)
  • Laptop/Tablet
  • Previous sales experience in Stop Order/Persal sector (Essential)
  • Ability to work in a high stress environment

Remuneration

This is a % commission position - It is better than market related and you will earn commissions on your team's performance - OVERRIDER of up to 15%.
