Job summary

A leading fintech solutions provider is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to nurture and grow strategic relationships with customers. You will ensure customer satisfaction through a comprehensive account plan and be a key advisor for business strategies. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in a similar role, deep knowledge of the payments and fintech landscape, and a Master's degree in a relevant field.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years as a Key Account Manager or in a similar strategic role, preferably within the MEA markets.
  • Deep understanding of Banking, Fintech, and Payments space.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or French proficiency is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive account plan for customers.
  • Act as a central coordination point for customer relationships.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
