A retail company in Roodepoort is seeking a Store Assistant responsible for keeping shelves stocked and maintaining a neat operation. The ideal candidate has at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role and is fluent in English, Afrikaans, and Zulu. Responsibilities include ensuring proper stock rotation, assisting with sales tracking, and providing excellent customer care. This role requires a proactive approach to stock management and customer service.
Responsible for keeping the shelves stocked. Checking of all incoming stock. Ensuring a neat and tidy operation at all times with shelves fully stocked. Ensuring proper stock rotation and addressing slow moving / redundant stock with a sense of urgency. Assisting the Store Manager with daily, weekly and monthly sales. Identifying and communicating of new business ideas. Providing a high level of customer care... always. Assisting with quarterly stock takes.
