Responsibilities
- Create and manage the social media coverage of the groups' activities and events
 - Present the brand and its culture in an appealing and positive light.
 - Work closely with TL's regarding vacancies and the best practice to advertise/promote the vacancy.
 - Draw up monthly plans with clear objectives to drive engagement.
 - Produce monthly and weekly performance reports.
 - Develop strategies around objectives and what can be done to get the best candidates.
 - Meet required deadlines.
 - Communicate with contributing team members and follow up on deadlines issued.
 - Content creation that is clever, professional, engaging and generates the highest ROI for all divisions in the group
 - Use copywriting skills to produce accurate work.
 - Access social media platforms via cell phone as and when required.
 - Communicate with customers if required, and redirect feedback to the correct channels
 - Excellent knowledge of the group's culture andbusiness to advise customers accordingly.
 - Identify ways to maximise and leverage social content in all forms of marketing.
 - Good understanding of the LinkedIn platform and requirements to build the brands globally.
 - Identify new/emerging social platforms that serve the strategic objectivesand keep management informed.
 - Find opportunities to promote our social media channels online and offline.
 - Grow the social media presence on all platforms
 - Any other ad hoc duties that might be required.
 
Minimum requirements
- Matric
 - Related qualifications in media, marketing, communications or a related creative field will be to your advantage
 - Experience as a social media coordinator (or similar) for a company.
 - The writing style is adaptable and engaging.
 - Understanding of relevant engagement metrics.
 - Appreciation for fresh perspectives and ideas.
 - Excellent organizational skills (time and project management)
 - Previous experience crafting product pages, landing pages, and utilizing a brand narrative
 - Ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously
 - Experience in working with X, LI, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok SM platforms (and others, advantageous)
 - Initiative to drive and suggest new and innovative ways of doing things to contribute to company's strategic objectives.
