This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and technical expertise to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
AI Integration in the Role: Automating repetitive tasks such as scheduling posts, monitoring mentions, and analyzing data.
Analytics Tools: Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms for tracking performance.
Content Management Systems (CMS): Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or HubSpot for managing digital content.
CRM Systems: Basic understanding of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for managing customer interactions and data.
