• Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Site Manager.
• Experience in the yellow equipment industry/heavy machinery/mining sectors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive a safety culture on-site by ensuring adherence to all safety requirements.
• Maximize equipment uptime and ensure its optimal maintenance.
• Develop project execution strategies, controlling costs and managing suppliers.
• Ensure processed material meets customer specifications on size and quality.
• Establish effective communication with the site team and stakeholders.

Skills

Competency in Microsoft Office Suite

Strong technical report writing skills

Proven project management experience

Education

Matric/Grade 12 Certificate

Project Management and/or Engineering qualification
