Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, research, and execution of UX across our websites and digital marketing journeys.
- Shape user experience direction, guide complex UX initiatives, and champion best practice across our global digital estate.
- Combine hands‑on design with strategic influence, leadership, and collaboration, ensuring our marketing experiences are user‑centered, effective, and commercially impactful.
- Partner with marketers, developers, content specialists, and fellow designers to create and refine concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UX deliverables for websites and marketing journeys.
- Contribute to user research and insight‑gathering activities, helping ensure decisions are informed by data and user behavior.
- Develop clear design documentation including information architecture, navigation structures, user flows, and interaction patterns across our marketing platforms.
- Participate in or help facilitate usability testing and A/B testing to validate solutions and optimise performance.
- Support continuous refinement of user journeys, ensuring they remain logical, seamless, and aligned with marketing goals.
- Collaborate closely with developers to support implementation and maintain design quality.
- Stay informed about UX best practice, tools, accessibility standards, and digital marketing trends, proactively contributing fresh ideas.
Qualifications
- Extensive UX design experience, ideally within complex digital ecosystems or high‑traffic websites.
- Expertise in user‑centered design methodology, UX research, interaction design, and conversion‑focused optimisation.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Proven experience designing for large‑scale websites, responsive experiences, and marketing funnels.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑influencing skills, with the ability to articulate design reasoning clearly.
- Experience working with analytics, SEO considerations, and experimentation frameworks (e.g., A/B testing).
- Experience in financial services or similarly regulated industries is desirable but not essential.
