Qualifications

• 3+ years of Customer Service/Customer Relations experience.
• Preferable work experience in an Airline or Travel Agency.

Responsibilities

• Communicate product information and provide high-level customer service.
• Visit clients and jointly provide information on new products.
• Ensure queries are addressed and give timely feedback.
• Establish direct contact with key personnel.
• Execute agreed marketing and sales strategies.
• Provide timely reports and analysis to support department business plans.
• Perform relevant administrative duties.

Skills

Basic fares and ticketing qualification from a recognised institute or airline

Knowledge of fare construction and ticketing

Knowledge of Computerised Reservation Systems (CRS)/MARS/Galileo/Sabre

Knowledge of MS Office packages

Knowledge of world geography

Grade 12 or equivalent
