Research and Development Expert Sought

We are currently looking for a highly skilled Research and Development Scientist-Engineer to play a key role in our end-to-end product development process.

Plan, design, execute, and troubleshoot experiments to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency.

Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and lead self-directed research initiatives to support product development and innovation.

Oversee the development, optimization, and validation of formulations, test methods, and processes to maintain our GMP / ISO certification.

Manage multiple tasks and long-term development projects simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and resource allocation effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical and troubleshooting ability, with the capacity to break down complex problems into clear action steps and propose solutions without prompting.

Duties

• Solve complex technical challenges affecting formulations or manufacturing processes to ensure product consistency and quality.
• Support and improve production processes, resolving raw material or process-related issues through effective problem-solving and root cause analysis.
• Perform material acceptance, supplier evaluations, and introduce new materials / equipment as needed to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct data trending, technical assessments, and stability evaluations to inform decision-making and optimize processes.

Requirements
