Position Overview

We are hiring a Senior Real Estate Analyst & Asset Manager to support underwriting, asset performance, and executive‑level initiatives.

This hybrid role combines financial analysis, asset management, and direct support to executive leadership.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, exceptionally organized, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Underwrite new real‑estate acquisitions and value‑add investments
  • Build, maintain, and update financial models for acquisitions and existing assets
  • Review monthly and quarterly financial statements and asset‑level KPIs
  • Monitor performance, cash flow, and variances across the portfolio
  • Prepare investor and lender reporting, summaries, and presentations
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
  • Support fund administration tasks including capital calls, distributions, and reporting
  • Maintain internal dashboards, trackers, and financial records
  • Provide analytical and administrative support to executive leadership
  • Assist with special projects related to acquisitions, investor relations, and operations
Requirements
  • 3–5 + years of experience in real‑estate finance, asset management, or related roles
  • Real‑estate experience required; self‑storage experience strongly preferred
  • Strong financial modeling skills (Excel / Google Sheets)
  • Familiarity with fund structures, capital flows, and basic accounting
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time‑management skills
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and work directly with senior leadership
