Overview

We are seeking ahighly skilled Senior Pastry Chefto lead our pastry division and contribute to our culinary excellence.The Senior Pastry Chef will be responsible for the full pastry operation, including menu development, high-volume event production, team leadership, recipe costing and presentation standards.

This role requires creativity, precision and strong organisational skills to meet the demands of a fast-paced events environment.
