A global leader in flavors and fragrances is seeking a Customer Experience professional based in Johannesburg. This full-time role focuses on delivering insights and strategic marketing to enhance customer engagement in the food and beverage sectors. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in B2B marketing, strong data analysis skills, and proficiency in Microsoft365. The role offers growth opportunities, with potential for hybrid arrangements after the initial months.
As Customer Experience (CX), we own the experience that we provide to our customers by activating the IFF brand and IFF solutions to provide value and differentiation across the various touch points of the customer journey. CX does this by delivering compelling & captivating content, ideas, and insights that shape the strategic story and engagement with customers to drive interest and positive outcomes, resulting in IFF business.
This will be a full time office-based role, with the potential for hybrid work after the first 6 months.
Identify the main trends driving growth in food and beverage categories (focus on Dairy, Beverage, culinary) via tools like Mintel, Euromonitor, secondary reports etc to create & deliver compelling customer content for grow / retain / defend our business.
Supporting customer in their new product development journey by utilizing category trends and consumer insights to ideate and suggest relevant food and beverage concepts.
Link market and consumer dynamics with IFF’s portfolio strengths to identify business opportunities.
Prepare and present comprehensive presentations for our customers, showcasing trends, consumer insights, and proposing innovative product concepts.
Analyze the market to identify new product launches and emerging trends.
Produce professional marketing materials including flyers, one pagers, email banners and logos that showcase IFF’s various technologies while remaining true to the Corporate Brand.
Gathering data and insights about food industry or food companies through desk research.
Coordinating and collaborating with sales, innovation and business units to drive industry initiatives and activities.
