Job summary

A recruitment consultancy is seeking a Senior Manager for the Business Services L&D Practice in Johannesburg. This role involves leading a multi-disciplinary Learning and Development team, driving innovation, and guiding strategic planning in a complex global environment. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in similar leadership roles along with relevant educational qualifications. Qualifications

  • 5-8 years' experience in leading multi-disciplinary Learning and Development teams in a global delivery environment.
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 6 or 7).
  • Diploma or Master's degree (NQF Level 8) in Leadership or Business Management is advantageous.
