Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a Senior Research position (essential).
• 5+ years of quantitative methodologies and research design experience (essential).
• Experience with a Research House or Market-research Supplier (essential).
• Expertise in computing skills including Microsoft Office (essential).
• Experience in Customer Experience or Employee Experience (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Proactively advise clients to address requests and recommend solutions.
• Conduct client-facing engagements including survey design workshops.
• Design and implement Research and Professional Services solutions.
• Analyze data and create monthly insights reports using BI or Excel.
• Support business development with white papers and case studies.
