Responsibilities

• Act as client director on client companies, trusts, and foundations.
• Provide central management and control in jurisdiction of incorporation.
• Attend regular client meetings and ensure documentation is maintained.
• Authorise payments and review client agreements.
• Facilitate opening of client bank accounts.
