A leading retail company in South Africa is seeking a Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through exceptional customer experiences and consultative sales approaches. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of executive sales experience in a premium retail environment and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. This role offers competitive compensation, employee benefits, and a commitment to work-life balance.
From our humble beginnings in 1964 as a traditional furniture store in Windhoek, Namibia, Weylandts has grown into South Africa’s leading furniture and homeware retailer with 9 stores nationwide. Chris Weylandt inherited his father’s eye for extraordinary furniture and an appreciation for good living in its broadest sense. Under his leadership, the brand evolved into one that is synonymous with bold, confident aesthetics and timeless taste. At the heart of Weylandts’ vision is a unique fusion of clean, contemporary design with the soul of natural material.
As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through exceptional customer experience, deep product knowledge, and a refined, consultative sales approach. This is a high-performance role, requiring a blend of creative flair, business acumen, and relationship management. You will consistently exceed expectations, both in sales and in service delivery, building long-term customer loyalty and contributing meaningfully to the Weylandts brand vision.
