Sales Executive – Rivonia – ERP & Business Automation The Opportunity If you enjoy meeting business leaders and helping them choose systems that make their work easier, this role is aimed at you.

You will earn a stable base salary with a clear commission structure, giving you a total earning potential of R50, – R70, OTE per month.

You will work full‑time in Rivonia with a hybrid setup, giving you the balance of client work and focused office time.

This role offers strong long‑term growth: you will learn advanced ERP, CRM, HR and reporting solutions, gain trust with senior clients, and have opportunities to grow into larger territories, major accounts and regional markets.

Our client is a long‑standing, Level 1 B-BBEE provider of ERP, CRM, HR and business‑intelligence solutions for mid and large organisations across Africa and the Middle East.

They help clients run finance, HR, operations and reporting on stronger, smarter digital systems.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Build a pipeline and bring in new business for ERP, CRM, HR and reporting tools.
  • Meet senior leaders to understand their needs and explain how the systems can help.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing the deal.
  • Work with presales and consulting teams to confirm the right solution fit.
  • Keep clear and accurate CRM records and sales reporting.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Background in B2B technology, ERP, CRM or business‑systems sales.
  • Able to talk comfortably with senior managers and guide longer sales cycles.
  • Understanding of business areas such as finance, operations, HR or reporting.
  • Matric required; further study is helpful but not essential.
