As we continue to scale, we're searching for a strong, experienced Sales Team Lead to guide and elevate our growing sales division.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in performance-driven environments and knows how to inspire results.
You'll be overseeing a team of Sales Executives.
Your mission : ensure they follow a strategic, value-led sales process, improve win rates, and consistently hit (and exceed) targets.
If you're someone who leads by example, understands high-ticket or service-based sales, and can coach a team to close confidently and consistently, this role is built for you.
Lead, mentor, and support a team of Sales Executives.
Monitor and improve team performance through coaching, KPIs, call reviews, and structured feedback.
Develop and refine sales processes to increase conversion rates.
Work closely with leadership to forecast revenue and improve efficiency.
Contribute to strategy, sales enablement, and overall team development.
Proven experience leading a sales team (non-negotiable).
A track record of success in high-ticket sales or closing service-based deals.
Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational skills.
Ability to build trust, guide complex decision-making, and support reps through multi-step sales cycles.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and convert insights into action.
High drive, ownership mindset, and comfort operating in a fast-growing, performance-focused environment.
Ability to work full-time UK hours.
