Join a well-established, SAIPA-accredited accounting practice in Moreleta Park. This boutique firm offers a close-knit, professional environment where you’ll receive direct mentorship from the Partner. The role suits a graduate accountant completing or registered for SAIPA articles, or a newly qualified SAIPA professional looking for long-term career growth. Expect full exposure across all accounting and tax functions in a hands-on role.

Minimum Requirements:

  • BCom Degree in Accounting or similar
  • Registered for or completed SAIPA articles
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Due to the Firm’s customer base, candidates are required to be fluent in Afrikaans
  • Own transport required

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with monthly journals and reconciliations
  • Handle payroll processing and statutory submissions
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and statements
  • Manage VAT returns and tax compliance
  • Process supplier/customer invoices and payments
  • Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation
  • Assist with client queries and tax guidance
  • Support the partner with ad-hoc accounting tasks
