We’re looking for a Retail Sales Representativeto join a well-established international brand within the fashion and eyewear space.

This role focuses on growing and managing retail accounts outside of the traditional optical channel — including independent fashion, footwear, departmental and sports retailers. If you enjoy building strong business relationships and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing retail accounts.

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across fashion, sports, and lifestyle retailers.

  • Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed territory revenue goals.

  • Conduct seasonal product presentations and training sessions.

  • Plan and conduct regular store visits to drive sell-through and strengthen brand presence.

  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.

  • Ensure effective merchandising execution and POS visibility at store level.

What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years proven wholesale sales experience.

  • Strong account management and new business development skills.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

  • Confident in conducting product training and presentations.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital catalogues.

  • Target-driven, adaptable, and able to work independently.

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Sales or Business (advantageous).

  • Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.

  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
