Qualifications

• 5+ years’ proven experience in remuneration and benefits within a Retail environment.
• Proven track record in policy design, reporting, and process improvement.
• Strong working knowledge of legislation and legal frameworks related to remuneration, benefits, and taxation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual reward calendar, including salary reviews and benefits.
• Ensure competitive and equitable practices for retention and attraction.
• Oversee medical, pension, insurance, and risk benefits for employee wellbeing.
