Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Operations Manager or Service Delivery Manager in an IT Company or MSP.
• Previous team management experience, including training and mentoring.
• Understanding of IT services including Microsoft 365, Azure, and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Managed Services team effectively.
• Ensure service delivery meets agreed levels and technical standards.
• Manage departmental budget with P&L responsibility.
