Job summary

A progressive manufacturing platform is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage post-sale relationships and ensure customer success on its product development platform. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of relevant experience, strong CRM knowledge, and a proactive, data-driven approach. Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C2 level).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of SMB and mid-market customer accounts.
  • Ensure customers achieve their goals and adopt the platform successfully.
  • Conduct check-ins, business reviews, and follow-ups.
