Job description
What will you be doing?

The role reports into the Business Unit Director of Reconstruction and is responsible for the achievement of the company objectives and management of the relevant region of South Africa.

As a Senior Regional Sales Manager, you will lead sales operations across a defined region, set the strategy, and guide a high-performing team to deliver growth.

You’ll own regional plans, build executive-level customer relationships in State and Private Hospital markets, and ensure flawless execution in line with our corporate objectives and standards.

What will you need to be successful?

Deliver revenue and market-share growth : Own annual targets; drive territory performance and productivity.

Lead and develop the sales team : Manage direct employees and agents; coach through regular co-travels and quarterly reviews; build succession plans.

Develop and execute regional strategy : Translate market insights into regional sales plans; align with marketing to implement agreed programs.
