Qualifications

• More than seven years relevant HR experience, preferably in unionised environments.
• Valid Code 08 (EB) drivers’ license is required.
• Knowledge of applicable legislation and Main Agreements is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for HR functions of the North region.
• Ensure compliance of recordkeeping and data processing procedures.
• Manage sub-ordinates and oversee their performance.
