A leading software solutions company in Cape Town is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage project delivery and foster client relationships. The Project Coordinator will be part of a centralized pool, providing flexible project coordination services to the Solution Optimisation Teams (SOT) and other internal teams as required. They will work exclusively with existing clients, focusing on managing a high volume of smaller tasks and projects that contribute to service revenue. Reporting to the Operations Team Manager, the Project Coordinator will prioritise and balance workloads across multiple teams, ensuring the timely and high‑quality delivery of services. The role is based in the Cape Town Office and will support the UK region on UK hours (10:00–18:30 SA time, until 19:30 during daylight saving).
