We are seeking a highly experienced and registered Professional Structural Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. This role involves leading complex and high-impact structural engineering projects across diverse markets, including aviation, hospitality and healthcare.

What You Will Do
  • Lead and coordinate structural engineering assignments of significant scope and complexity.
  • Provide technical direction and oversight across multiple projects and disciplines.
  • Apply advanced structural analysis and design principles to deliver safe, efficient, and innovative solutions.
  • Guide project planning, design development, and execution phases.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal technical knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Represent the firm in client meetings, industry events, and technical forums.
  • Support business development through proposal preparation and client presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with structural codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, structural design, and supervision for diverse infrastructure and building projects.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (BSc Eng / BEng / MSc Eng).
  • Registered Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) with ECSA.
  • 10 years’ relevant structural engineering experience.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale projects (e.g., universities, hotels, residential and commercial buildings).
  • Experience in design of structural steel, reinforced concrete, reinforced masonry, and various foundation systems is required. Experience in design of prestressed/post-tensioned concrete and wood framed structures is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in structural design software tools (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, Safe, Risa, Revit, AutoCAD).
  • Ability to interpret complex technical documents and communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and regulatory bodies.
  • Familiarity with international and U.S. building codes and standards (e.g., IBC, ACI, AISC, ASCE).
