We’re looking for a sharp, hungry, detail-obsessed Operations Support Trainee to join the team of a busy fast food franchise.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work directly with our Head of Operations and help keep 11 stores running smoothly.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Checking daily store reports
  • Ensuring systems & processes are followed
  • Monitoring maintenance logs & follow-ups
  • Managing documentation, SOP checklists & audit readiness
  • Running stock variance and wastage reports
  • Gathering weekly performance data
  • Following up with store managers to close admin loops
  • Spotting problems early and escalating issues responsibly
  • Supporting continuous improvement across stores
