The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that properties are maintained to a high standard, operational risks are managed effectively, and tenant service delivery aligns with company and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of an industrial property portfolio, including warehouses and industrial parks
• Oversee facilities, maintenance, and service providers, ensuring SLA compliance
• Implement planned and preventative maintenance programmes
• Manage operational budgets, including OPEX and CAPEX forecasting and cost control
• Ensure compliance with OHSA, building regulations, and company policies
• Conduct regular site inspections and manage remedial actions
• Handle tenant operational queries and maintain strong tenant relationships
• Prepare operational reports and track KPIs for management and clients
