Minimum Requirements

Option 1

• 2-5 years’ experience and the potential to grow into the Operations Manager role in 3 years’ time.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Travelling to clients in Africa.

Option 2

• Operations manager with more experience in the retaining walls,arches,sound walls, andrelated structuresindustry.
• Manage projects (+/- 30).
• Providing materials and construction training and monitoring.
• Around 40% on mining projects and the rest on roads projects.
• Handle mould movements onPre-Cast moulds and manage it in terms of alterations.
• Manage the finances of each project.
• Work withpre-casters, contractors and site Engineers.
