What You Will Do

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all departments.

You will act as the key point of contact during your shift, maintaining high standards of service, safety and efficiency.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Overseeing and coordinating all operational activities on site
  • Monitoring service delivery and guest satisfaction
  • Managing and supporting staff to ensure consistent performance
  • Handling guest queries, complaints and operational issues effectively
  • Enforcing company policies, health, safety and compliance standards
  • Supporting management in achieving operational and business goals
What You Need
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • 3-Year Hotel School Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the hospitality or retail industry
  • At least 3 years in a management role
  • Previous duty management experience is advantageous
  • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • A proactive, guest-focused approach and the ability to perform under pressure
