Our client, a reputable and dynamic mid-sized Estate Agency Company, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Office Manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have experience working for an estate agency and ensuring smooth daily operations and effective employee management.
ESSENTIAL: Minimum 2 years office management experience.
ESSENTIAL: Computer and internet savvy
ESSENTIAL: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (incl. Google Drive)
ESSENTIAL: Candidate will need to register with IEASA and do regular courses (which will be provided for by the company) in relation to FICA / CPD / RMCP
ESSENTIAL: Knowledge of VAT, PAYE, loading of month-end overheads and maintenance of cash flow statements.
ADVANTAGEOUS: Relevant qualification in Office Administration.
ADVANTAGEOUS: Experience as an Office Manager in an estate agency environment.
ADVANTAGEOUS: Weconnect Management tool (training to be provided if required)
