Are you a purpose-driven leader with a passion for community upliftment and operational excellence? We’re looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to join a well-established non-profit organisation in Strand, supporting impactful work in education, healthcare, and skills development.

This is a strategic, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in high-trust environments, enjoys building systems, and brings both heart and discipline to their leadership. You’ll work closely with the Managing Director to ensure organisational stability, growth, and long-term sustainability.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead operations with a relational, task-focused approach that empowers teams and drives results
  • Oversee strategic functions including Risk, HR, and Asset Management
  • Ensure smooth daily operations across all projects and service centres
  • Strengthen governance, compliance, and reporting frameworks
  • Build and refine systems that enhance efficiency and enable accurate monitoring and evaluation
  • Manage organisational assets with care and cost-effectiveness
  • Create capacity for the MD to focus on strategic growth and donor engagement
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor\'s Degree Preferred
  • Minimum 5 years’ senior management experience, with a proven ability to lead people and processes
  • Strong working knowledge of HR, risk, and asset management
  • 5–10 years’ experience working in under-served communities
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to making a difference
  • Able to work independently and juggle multiple priorities
  • Own transport required
